| Conditions during application | Do not apply if material, substrate or ambient temperature is less
than 10°C or above 45°C. The substrate must be at least 3°C above
the dew point. Relative humidity should be below 85%. |
| Surface preparation | The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil,
grease, laitance etc. All traces of form release agents/curing
agents must be removed. A light sanding with suitable abrasive
material is recommended before application. Any resulting
dust/loose particles must be removed. |
| Describes | Make sure all surfaces must be clean, dry and free from wax, grease, oil etc. If the paint is used on metal surface, primer is recommended. For optimum application, ensure that both spray booth temperature
and paint temperature are between 20°C and 25°C. Clean the spray gun thoroughly immediately after use of 2K
products. This product is highly flammable liquid. May cause sensitization by
inhalation and skin contact. Wear eye protection and rubber gloves to prevent exposure to
paints. |
